Incredible views, surrounded by lush jungle in one of Vallarta's most iconic neighborhoods. Relatively close to the city and all the action that goes with it. Amazing rocky coastline with small, picturesque beaches. Living in Conchas Chinas means being able to quickly reach the city and beach, but far enough away from the hustle-and-bustle to enjoy some peace and quiet, and wonderful panoramic views of the city and bay. This is what most call the Beverly hills of Puerto Vallarta. Don’t expect many Corner stores, shopping or restaurants in the neighborhood, but the downtown core is quite close by. This is a quitter area. Development for Puerto Vallarta high-end real estate, offering panoramic vistas of the whole bay. The coastal highway heading south splits Conchas Chinas in two, with mostly condominium development on the upper side of the road. There are, however, some exceptional single family homes for sale here as well. But most of the homes were built below the highway and along the shoreline, where some of Vallarta most exceptional homes are located. Recently, though, there has been a trend towards tearing down some of these older, dated properties to build more modern condominium complexes. And it seems that will be the trend for the future.
